Cooking has always been my passion. Taking inspiration from both my grandmothers and parents, I discovered the joys of cooking at an early age. There’s nothing more relaxing, enjoyable and rewarding than discovering new ingredients and recipes and cooking a delicious meal for family and friends.
After many years working in the financial industry I finally decided to follow my dream and train as a chef at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary arts, in London, where I gained Le Grande Diplome de Cuisine et Patisserie. I knew then that I had found my vocation in life.
Since finishing, I set up Ruth Fine Food where I have been cooking and delivering hot lunches to small companies, providing canapes for various events, making beautiful cakes and working as a private chef at peoples homes.
